One On One PT Sessions
Client will learn all aspects of weight and core training using machines, free weights, TRX, bands, balls, Kettle bells, and other gym equipment. Training goals will be discussed and programs designed for client goals. Nutritional consultation and fitness data assessment is part of training package.
30 Minute PT Session
For those clients who either need to work up to a 60 minute session or who just want a quick full body or specific muscle group training session.
Train with a Friend
 Bring a friend for a one time partner workout. A fast paced full body workout that's cardio intensive and works all body parts.
Client Data and Nutrition Review
In this 30 minute session, client will be measured with digital calipers and tape measure for body fat and girth measurements. Nutrition data will be reviewed and new or continuing fitness goals will be assesssed and discussed.
Small Group Training
Train with a small group (4) and learn all aspects of weight and core training using free weights, machines, TRX, bands, balls, Kettle Bells, and other gym equipment.
